4/23/2013:

Desktop Lock & Desktop Lock Business upgraded to version 7.3.1; Virtual Screen upgraded to version 9.2.2. They have been added new features, improved existing features and fixed multiple bugs:

Desktop Lock: You now can specify a sound to be played when a wrong unlock password was entered. A new option "Right-click to clear" has been added to allow you to choose if you want users to clear the drawing by right-click. Desktop Lock now works better under Windows 7, and fully supports Windows 8.

Virtual Screen: A new profile advanced option "Quit to real desktop, skip welcome screen" allows users to skip the welcome screen. A new global option "Exceptions" allows you to specify some programs to be always allowed in welcome screen and/or virtual desktops. We have also changed its start button so that it can work better for fullscreen programs.

4/03/2013:

Internet Lock 6.0.3.

Several minor bugs were addressed and have been fixed.

3/15/2013:

Internet Lock 6.0.0 released.

This is a brand-new version of Internet Lock, everything has been redesigned.

This new version has a more powerful rule format which supports wildcards, multiple ports and port ranges, local and domain user accounts and groups. A global protection mode has been added to this version to be used to control internet programs and connections that are not controlled by rules.

The new kernel components are quicker and smarter than old version, and use less system resources. The new user interfaces have be fully redesigned to provide more features.

The new notification system supports to play sounds as well as displaying notification messages. A new color scheme system makes it easier to use custom color schemes.

It's highly recommended to upgrade to this new version if you are using an old version of Internet Lock. Upgrading is totally FREE.

2/27/2013:

Internet Lock 5.3.4.

A bug was found in version 5.3.3, the bug crashed the kernel component when it tried to display notifications.

The bug has been fixed.

10/06/2012:

Desktop Lock Virtual Screen 9.2.1.

There was a bug in Virtual Screen, users can close the virtual start button by pressing Alt+F4. The bug wouldn't break protection, but users could not quit from the virtual desktop if the start button was closed.

The bug has been fixed.

Since there is no any change to Desktop Lock, the version remains 7.3.0.

9/20/2012:

Internet Lock 5.3.3 released.

This minor update improved its kernel components so that it will use limited system resources.

This update is for Windows Vista/7 64-bit only. If you are using Internet Lock on Windows XP, Windows Vista/7 32-bit, you don't need to update it to this version, please wait for the brand-new version 6.0 which we are currently working on.

8/18/2012:

Password Door 9.0.1 released.

Password Door now supports the "protected mode" of Internet Explorer and other programs such as Adobe Reader etc., you don't need to turn off the protected mode of those programs for them to be working with Password Door.

7/30/2012:

File Lock 7.0.1 released.

The version 7.0.0 sometimes may cause Internet Explorer to stop working when its "protected mode" is enabled under Windows Vista/7 64-bit edition, this update fixed it.

7/21/2012:

Internet Lock 5.3.2 released.

The old version 5.3.1 sometimes could not be installed correctly on some special systems: it was activated but could not provide protection. The problem has been fixed, along with other improvement of the kernel component.

This new version also has been tested on Windows 2008 R2.

6/14/2012:

Internet Lock 5.3.1 released.

This new version is a minor update to supports Windows Vista/7 64-bit edition.

6/05/2012:

File Lock 7.0.0 released.

This is a brand-new version, we re-designed its kernel components and user interfaces, and many new features have been added. It supports Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 32-bit and 64-bit edition.

File Lock now supports various protection modes: Lock, Hide, Read-only, Password Protect etc. The protection mode "Password Protect" can protect files and folders with passwords.

Some other new features: users & groups, schedule options trusted programs, open a protected file with temporary trust etc.

12/25/2011:

Password Door 9.0.0 released.

This is a major update since version 8.x, we have almost re-designed everything.

The old user interface, which has been in use since very first version 1.x, now has been replaced by the brand-new UI.

There are many new features have been added to the new version, and many existing features have been improved. In order to provide better protection and to make sure it is easier to configure, Password Door handles most of the configuration automatically when you add protection to target programs, but still, it gives you total control to change any of the settings as you want.

We always welcome suggestion from users. There are various new features are there now only because of your great ideas. You have made the software better, thank you all for your helps and suggestion again!

Desktop Lock & Desktop Lock Business upgraded to version 7.3.0. Virtual Screen upgraded to version 9.2.0.

We have re-written the kernel components of the Desktop Lock and Virtual Screen, re-designed a new UI system for Virtual Screen, added smart disk support for Desktop Lock, and many other new features were added to them.

11/17/2010:

File Pulverizer has been upgraded to version 6.0.1. It now uses the new Windows 7 task bar progress features.

3/08/2010:

Fixed a bug in Desktop Lock Express which could not show correct background under Windows 7 system. The version number didn't change.
